Xuri Enterprise is located in Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province, an old industrial base in northeast China, at the junction of Hebei, Mongolia and Liaoning provinces, with National Highway 101, Jinzhou-Tangshan Expressway (G16), Changzhou-Shenzhen Expressway (G25), Chao-Chia Expressway and Beijing-Shenyang high-speed railway, providing convenient transportation and advantageous geographical location. Our company is a large-scale casting enterprises, currently specialized in the production of carbon steel, high manganese steel, heat-resistant steel and alloy steel, which sets casting, processing, riveting, machine assembly in one of the entity enterprises. Our compamy has been engaged in casting production for nearly 30 years, with strong financial strength, strong technical force, as well as rich experience in production and management.
At present, the factory covers a total area of 200 mu, with 4 physical production bases, 1 import and export trading company, more than 500 employees, including 4 senior engineers, 7 engineers, more than 80 professional technicians. The total area of four smelting workshops is 18000 square meters, including 4 model workshops, 5 molding production lines (V molding production line, lost mold negative pressure molding production line, hardening sand molding production line), 14 new medium frequency smelting furnaces (4 10-ton furnaces, 8 5-ton furnaces, 1 3-ton furnaces, 1 1-ton furnaces), and four sets of advanced testing systems.
Equipped with laboratory testing equipment and spectral inspection equipment, our company has 7 electrothermal treatment kilns with large electric furnace, and a recycled quenching pool of nearly 4000 cubic meters. With a total area of 7000 square meters, the four machining workshops have more than 40 sets of ?8 meters NC, ?6.3 meters NC, ?5 meters NC, ?4 meters NC, ?2.5 meters NC, ?1.6 meters NC, and 4 gear hobbing machines for ?2 meters, ?5 meters, ?8 meters. Our company also possesses 7 ?130, ?T160 floor boring and milling machines and 80 drilling machines, horizontal lathes, planers, slotting machines and other large and medium-sized machines and equipment: a riveting assembly workshop with an area of 2000 square meters: the annual production capacity of Xuri enterprise reaches more than 30,000 tons.
